Gear extractor

Our gear extractor allows easy pulling of the pump rotors in case of cleaning or maintenance.

The gear extractor is mounted at the machine frame and features a hinged design for easy positioning.

After connecting the gear extractor to the gears pulling is supported by a manual operated hydraulic hand pump.

This device allows to exchange gears even for big gear pumps within a reasonable time so that time for cleaning and maintenance is reduced.

Optional available for all extruder gear pump systems.
