Hydraulic feed

Hydraulically driven feed rolls allow multiple strips feeding as well as feeding of wide rubber sheets. Furthermore, forces in the feed section are significantly reduced which increases life time of the feed roll wear parts.

Additionally, torque on the hydraulic feed roll can be adjusted at the hydraulic power unit. This allows quick optimisation of the feeding conditions for each individual compound.

Available for 70, 120 and 150mm screw diameter.
