All our extruder gear pump systems are designed in such a way so that easy access is provided for the area between the screw tip and the pump inlet.

In addition to that we offer as an option a hydraulic locking and moving system that provides access to this area within 30 seconds.

Locking between the pump inlet and the screw tip is provided by a hydraulic operating c-clamp. Moving of the Pump including gear box, motor and base plate is realised by a hydraulic cylinder with linear guiding.

This solution is available for big extruder gear pump systems startingwith a screw diameter of 120mm.
