Quick Hopper

Our quick hopper solution provides access to the extruder feed section within seconds. No tools required! Locking of the hopper is provided by a manual operated bar.

When unlocking the hopper it can be moved to the back by a hinged design to gain access to the extruder feed section.

In case of a miss feed the operator can solve the situation very fast. When unlocking the hopper an electrical interlock ensures that the machine can not be started for safety reasons.

Quick hoppers are available for 45, 60, 70, 75 and 90mm screw diameter.
