Rapid head change

Twin heads are designed for quick changeover of the complete head including the strainer plate with mesh and the die with flow channel.

While one head is in operation the second head can be prepared according to the requirements of the next planned extrusion application. Head locking is provided by a hydraulic operated c-clamp.

Cleaning of the used head can be done while the machine is back in operation by using the second head.

Our scope of supply usually includes the hydraulic power unit as well as the hydraulic cylinder.
