Transfermix extruders are designed for extrusion of rubber
compounds that require only low energy input such as
synthetic rubber or cushion gum.

Due to the unique transfermix section the temperature - output
behaviour is improved as compared to conventional extrusion systems.

Transfermix extruders are available for following applications:

• Tread production
  
  
• Cushion gum extrusion in retread systems
  
  
• Apex extrusion in VMI Apex - lines
  
  
• As co-extruder in multiplex extrusion systems
