Compared with other systems the MCTD-Vac features an adjustable
slit throttle directly before the Vac - Section. This results in an extremely
flexible vacuum extrusion system and allows adjustments of:

• Rubber flow through Vac-Section
  
  
• Rubber / Air contact surface in Vac-Section
  
  
• Heat - up of the rubber before flowing through the Vac-Section

MCTD-Vac Extruders are designed for profile extrusions coupled with continuous curing lines such as:

• Salt - bath lines
